1954 Patty valve job

Ok, I'm at a point where I'm down to the valves. #6 exhaust valve was stuck, and finally came loose. I have the head, valves covers, and pan off. I thought I might as well do the valves while I'm at this point. My question to you all is what is the seat or valve angle?? And, are they different between intake and exhaust?? Also, any pointers or tricks for doing it in chassis, or things I should know? Thanks, Brian.
