Frozen Parking Brake Cable

Hello! The parking brake cable is frozen in my 48, I have it removed from the car and have been trying to get some penetrating oil in there to help break free whatever corrosion is in there. So far I have not had any luck, curious if anyone here has some tricks to free it up?

If all else fails I will purchase one from Kanter.
