In addition to O_Ds question on the heater, is there a mechanism fastened to the cylinder head just above the starter motor with accelerator linkage going thru it and is there a radio. A couple of the other unidentified build codes might be EC (instead of EMC) which would be the Electromatic vacuum operated clutch and RV which would be a radio with the vacuum antenna. Don't see the right fender well enough in the body photo to see for sure if there is a hole where an antenna might have been but the large grommet with a couple of hoses visible in the photo of the theft proof number is typical of what would be associated with the antenna. In US cars the antenna grommet would be on the left cowl and antenna would be on the left fender but since there is a grommet apparently on the right am thinking the antenna on RHD cars might have been too. If not an antenna does the car have a windshield washer because that grommet might have been similar and located on the right side.

Might be nice to see a few shots of the engine compt. We could confirm those codes or might see some other options which could explain some of the remaining unidentified codes.
