As near as I can tell, that looks right. The scallop near the bracket would clear the gas tube and the large notch would clear the vacuum line in 49-50 engines. The little slot is not clear but looks like it might have been done after the fact to loosen and just slide off rather than unscrew from the L bracket. Best thing to do would be to place it on the engine and see if it clears things and if the end of small slot lines up so the L bracket would be straight across to pump bolt. IIRC, bend should allow shield to stop right above the lifter oil supply gallery just above the oil pump.
