wheel cylinder x fit

There is nothing listed here or on Craigs site that I see for pre 51 wheel cylinders 1" front and 15/16 rear. Has anyone found a replacement for these from a later car. Believe I heard at one time there was a Jeep or some such with same but memory is fading. Kanter lists them but seems like these might still be available at regular store.

Has anyone converted a 46-7 to later larger cylinders and what would be involved. Assume the holes in backing plate might be different but anything else?
