Re: Wheel discs

One benefit of using the ScotchLight material as originally supplied by Packard as an accessory (over the run-of-the-mill wide stripe tape) is that is highly reflective. The hex centers are then highly visible at night (with a very cool effect), but otherwise look stock in daylight.

I only remember there being one size, but maybe that was just the repro that club offered at the time. The die-cut decals that I received were sized to fit '51-'54 wheel covers, and you'd have to "float" them in place to line them up correctly. However, I juts peeled the backing and carefully centered them on the hex recess of a '55-'56 cover, worked them into the corners, and then trimmed and peeled the excess with an Xacto knife.
