i am pretty sure by looking at the packard model info page on this site that this is a base model 49 w/ nothing special.
so what would you expect to pay. this one is offered at 2000. alittle much if you ask me. i would offer no more than 500 bucks.
it runs and drives, need master cylinder as it only stops with the E-Brake.
