6 to 12 volt conversion info on 53 clipper, diagram? parts list? etc.

I recently bought a 53 packard clipper and am hopeing to turn it into my daily driver. i'm a newby to the site and too 12 volt conversions, so any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance..
