i have gotten a qoute from the local shop near me. Metal Rehab is the name of the place. they said around 1600-2000 US depending on how many times it takes to dip.

this is a non-acidic dip too. non caustic formula of their own making. works well too.

but i may not do it as it will eat away at the body seam material too. although it is theoritcally possible to replace all that, i'm not sure i want to go through all that. i'll probably get my sand blasted, but then i cring at the left over hidden rust that the blaster can't get to that the soak would. but, if i can't see it and i dip it....how am going to protect it again anyways.....so...yeah.
