Not sure I am following which piece you are asking about. IIRC, the hose connects from the steel tube & fitting behind the kickpanel directly to cylinder in your car. If leaking when window all the way up and pressure maximum, then possibly loose fitting or cracked hose.

Hoses are mostly generic replacements any more and can possibly even be made locally at a hydraulic shop --- providing the fittings & hose are small enough to fit inside the rubber conduit cover between door jambs.
If it is the actual metal tube, you may have to just make that using steel tubing and fittings from a local parts store. If it is the hose or cylinder, check with Kanter or Max Merritt and if they don't have it, possibly one of the restoration specialty places will or else made locally. Here is one of the resto places.
