to PackardInfo. Concerning wiring harnesses these are available from a number of specialist suppliers, I'm sure someone will be along soon who can tell you who. Concerning Packard parts in general, good sources are the major vendors Max Merritt or Kanter or look in the Packard Directory here on PackardInfo and there's always eBay.
Lastly, I invite you to include your Packard in the Packard Owner's Registry here on PackardInfo.
