Looks like a great car and was taken care of. There is a lot, and I mean a LOT of discussion on the power brake Packard used on this website. It might help make up your mind as to what to do with the Easamatic system. I'm sure you'll have plenty of good times with your Clipper and Grandfather breathing life back into her and driving.
