Just Dasheshttp://www.justdashes.com/index.html has an embossing and duplicating process for vinyl. They do other items and have door panels as well but for the most part, seem to work with mostly popular cars.

Whether their process could be or more likely would they be willing to work in fabric is a question. Without being able to sell a multitude, would it pay for them to have much time invested. Conversely, even if they were willing, could a one or two time deal be done for a price one could afford.

Apparently they have done some Packard dash pads but I haven't to my knowledge seen any of their work. Others on site here have said the quality of the dash pads is quite good -- with a price to match. At any rate, perhaps they would be worth talking to.
