Diamond Back Classics recommends 36-38 lb in their radial 225/75R15. I've had at least 5 sets of these tires on my various 48-53's and have had very good performance.
They say the higher pressures are needed because of the radial sidewall.

I was instructed by DBC to inflate their wide white wall tires that I installed on my 115C to at least 36 lbs to keep the white walls they affixed to the tires from flexing too much and separating from the sidewalls. Normal inflation pressure for the HanKook tubeless radials would not need to be that much without the DBC white wall. Apparently, regular pressure allows too much sidewall flex and will loosen the white walls. I have followed their instructions and the tires and white walls are still together.
