well folks I bought the NAPA P/N SL-134 switch and it works great, oh by the NAPA said the cost is $22.00 because I bought it from a company store not a franchise (did know the was a difference) oh well if it keep someone off my rear bumper it is well worth it.

the switch mounts on the outside of the firewall
the switch comes in the "normal on position" so the leaver is placed behind the pedal rod, when you apply the brakes the lever on the switch moves toward the front of the car and the brake lights come on, also you need to bend the lever at a 90 degree angle to the switch and turn one twist in the lever so the flat side will ride on the pedal arm ..(hope I did not lose anyone in the explaination). There is not alot of room to work because you have to work around frame.
