Two questions - I. How to remove the inside lock knob for the rear wing window . This might make it easier to remove the window frame. 2. Since I cannot lower the window to remove the hairpin type retainers , if I remove the screws holding the regulator , will the regulator and window drop to the bottom of the door ?
