HH56, I too would be annoyed if I spent $480 on a deluxe brake kit and it didn't have two copper washers that are needed, and I'd be inclined to call Kanters to see if they will provide them. But if you can't find them they can be easily made. If you have a friend with a lathe buy some soft copper round of the larger of the outside diameters, bore the hole, and slice them off like pepperoni with a parting tool. If not, just buy some soft copper sheet and punch them out, drill or punch the hole, and then just surface dress them with some emery on a piece of plate glass to remove any burrs. Over the years I've made quite a few this way, the last ones I remember were the copper flat washers that go beneath one or more of the water pump bolts that go thru into the water jacket.
