If Blevins doesn't have the dwg, he might refer you to the Studebaker Museum. The archivist there is Andrew Beckman abeckman@studebakermuseum.org They have all the other Packard dwgs/info.
If that's a 23 series, it's probably similar to mine(49 - 23).
The factory trunk pan has a J channel rolled on the edge.
The C2C replacement out there is flat. So if you can't reuse the original channel for attachemnt due to rust, you're going to have to make a channel piece (ledge) to attach the pan to.
I'm thinking of doing it with L shaped pieces so I can shrink and stretch around the curves. The outer skin and splash pan screws/bolts into the J at the bottom, so it's got to be there for stock. I'm going custom rear pans, so I'll attach by a different method.
