Hi

To get the performance you'd want, the best combination would be a two door 200 or Clipper with a four barrel 327 ci engine, stick shift with overdrive. The only thing better would be to have a '54 359 ci Senior engine.

The man you really need to talk to is Ross Miller and his Speedwell Garage. He knows how to wring the performance out of the straight eight Packard.
