The carburetor heat shield is specific to the 356 engine and thus may not fit without modification but for those engines the shield has two welded legs with a hole at the end of each and these go over the two inboard carburetor mounting studs.

If memory serves on the pump shield, at the top it attaches to the front-most manifold bolt and at the bottom end it has an L bracket which is attached under the rearmost fuel pump mounting bolt.
