Yes, that is the regular shift lever with the pivot hole slightly elongated. A spring presses the lever sideways so that you have to pull the lever left to take it through the gates. It is connected to the normal trans shift lever turned upside down to get the geometry correct: Park forward, reverse to the rear. When speed shifting I let off the gas as in a stick shift car when I slap it from low to high other wise the shift is ah, abrupt.
