Didn't see a parts listing for anything but the complete case assy with an uncut cylinder. Probably made as a unit by the vendor so I doubt the outer skins were available separately for those years -- unlike some of the later locks which had separate decorative chrome cases or covers The case assys are still available and you could transfer your keyed cylinder to the new case or housing.
