Rear wing window removal

Hi Folks, I need to replace a rear wing window on my 1946 Clipper Deluxe (4door). Does anybody have experience doing this, if so is there an easy way? I know I have to remove the garnish moulding and trim panel. What is next? Also would the front be removed the same way? Thanks in advance.
