I've not read this entire thread so thoroughly as i should.
BUT, if soldering on the HIGH pressure side then it might be most advisable to SILVER solder the connexion.

Silver soldering requires only slighlty more heat that lead/tin soldering assuming the use of a torch.

Silver solder is by far and away much stronger than and lead based solder.

Homemade whiskey stills are SILVER soldered using food grade silver solder. NOT just because lead based would be toxic but mostly due the superior strength of silver solder.
