Packard used Eaton pumps with the ports more in a horizontal plane. 53-4 used the tall canister and 55-6 used the short. That appears to be a Vickers type pump as used in Studebakers. Didn't see a pressure spec mentioned in the 56 Stude manual and as Stude used Saginaw PS units, no idea if the pressure requirements are the same as the Bendix or Monroes where it could be used in a Packard.
