Steve, you've been around Packards longer than I might have guessed and have a keen eye for Packards. Absolutely that Twelve was Paul Kelley's when the photo was taken at one of the Eastern Packard Club outings at Dr. Armand Crezenzi's in Westchester - my '34 barely visiable adjacent to it. Kelley's were a delightful couple, I went to the PAC National in Canandaigua and also the 1999 Centennial with them - at that time he had a 1500 slant-back sedan.
