Is this car a "fair weather" car?
I don't see any windshield wipers!

Is the steering column chrome, or gray?

That is an interesting statement.
I'm almost certain that I have seen a Pacific, and a Patrician with gear-start, but unfortunately these cars are no longer available for me verify.
