Kanter and Max Merritt have them--outer numbers are 410734 (r) and 410733(l).

The inner is not really a tie rod but called a tube and 2 required 387893. This item I believe is only available as a Packard part no aftermarket.

I have some old aftermarket numbers
Allied Monmouth (napa) 5125
Toledo ES 125
Moog ES 125
ST 125 and TS 125
These numbers represent a pair of outer tie rod ends.
