There is only one place I would go - J.B Donaldson Steering Wheels in Phoenix, AZ.

He recast a maroon wheel for me back in 2003 and it came back like jewelry. At the same time my wheel was still at his shop a friend had an cream-colored 1938 Packard wheel returned to him. When I saw it I thought it was made of natural ivory - it was that nice and I knew my wheel was at the right shop.

Fast forward to 2015. I noticed my wheel developed some cracks so I called up J. B. They told me to return it and they would "..look into it." Several weeks later I received a freshly recast wheel at NO charge. That is what I call customer service.
