I'd almost bet there is a piece of the flexible insulating material missing. The parts book lists a separate support and bracket for the 2126 chassis which must be the bracket with the short arm which you have. It also lists a separate bracket insulating piece. The question would be how the bracket attaches to the insulating piece since the bolt count is kind of confusing. 2 to the frame is clear enough from the holes in the support piece but the bracket is a question. Unfortunately there are no illustrations of that section n the parts manual so without someone with a 2126 or maybe a 22nd series LWB chassis to enlighten us it is best guess.

I think you could make something by getting a strip of the body hold down cushion material from Kanter if it is wide enough or perhaps go to an industrial supply house or conveyor belt supplier in Sweden and get a piece of rubber and fabric belt material. i bought a piece of 3/8" belting which is just less than 1cm thick x 1 ft or 30cm wide material from a supply house. Cut out several squares to replace some of the shims and spacers on my 47. It is available in various other thicknesses.
