R11 info is available on site under Borg-Warner.

Packard had their own wiring which is detailed in the various 23-54 series wiring diagrams you can also download from the literature section. It is slightly different from the basic schematic shown in the BW book.
If our regular vendors cannot help with Packard numbered parts as detailed in the parts manuals Herm The Overdrive Guy might have some from other sources.
