That's a pretty significant amount of leakage, often a close look at the backside of the brake backing plates will show you which wheel cylinders are leaking. But if one cylinder is leaking its probably time for new or rebuilt cylinders and hoses all around, don't take chances when it comes to brakes!

An easy check other than a visual look-see to see if your master is leaking is to just pull the rubber boot back, if there is any fluid there, time for a rebuild or replacement.
