Hi

Fine-looking black 22nd Series convertible with the addition of 23rd Series trim to the sides. Its likely that was done back in the day by a dealer to update the appearance to keep it current. Or the first owner had it done for the same reason.

One point to correct, the spear barb should be pointing down. Good luck with bringing your long-time dream Packard back to satisfying condition.
