The custom eight station sedan was put together by a man named Winston ( might not be correct name or spelling) in San Francisco. I saw the car in the late 70s in Sacramento as Mr. Winston would go through old auto supplies stores looking for parts. He is gone now and I believe his son has the car

The 23rd seres super eight station sedan was put together by Clarance Blixt from a picture in some Packard article he found of what Packard planed to do for a long wheel base station sedan. A friend of mine bought the car and then sold it at auction. I believe it went to the St. Louse area to a dealer. I found a picture that I have had for years, car also has a torkflight/
