The old items may be obsolete so it can be difficult to find an exact modern fitting to match an existing.

You might check the parts manual to find the part number of the fitting and then match it to what Packard used by finding the number in the various utility sections. There was no utility category in the 41-47 Clipper manual so you will need to see if the same part number is listed in the 35-41 or 48-54 utility sections.

Once you get the dimensions McMaster-Carr or MSC have a good selection of modern items and you might get lucky. Downside to ordering from McMaster or MSC is you will probably need to buy a package of several to get the one or two you need.
