I believe so. I would imagine the bushing is probably wedged around it now. Even installing, I believe they are a tight fit. But I'll let others comment that have been there, done that.

I've see on other cars where the bushing is petrified, and won't budge, folks have resorted to touching out the old bushing. But I'd try other methods first. I'm sure Ross can recommend a preferred extraction method.
