Increasing viscosity, will just consume more power, ie, higher pressure for the same flow means harder to pump.
If the flow is good, then no need to worry. If it's not pumping volume then needs work.
10-30 is just thinner at the lower measured temperature. Still the same 30 at temperature.
I guess you need to decide why you're worried about this, is it making noise or some other issue, liek getting hot, or just curious.
