Can't read the rest of the script, it won't enlarge, but I don't think it's a coach builder rather an auto sales place much like the stickers and emblems we have on the back here. Translates "east garage" but the location is not descernible.
Someone in Europe may know or need a different picture.

ps:
The trim tag is a foreign language(Dutch) so probably a limo that was converted in Europe? [guess]. Jaar is year and Merk is Brand in Dutch.
