The 1954 appears to be a Patrician which was on the 127ā€ wheelbase while the 200 was on the 122ā€ wheelbase. That being the case, only the front door glass is the same. Rear doors are longer on the longer wheelbase. Also the 1954 had the 359 engine which was the only year it was used. Even the wheels and brakes are different between them. The front doors, hood and trunk lid are about the only body parts that interchange and even then it would take filling of holes and redrilling for the proper trim. The dash is different too. As I discovered in trying to get even nuts and bolts from my 1954 Patrician parts car for the 1951 Iā€™m working on, most are different.

Bottom line is that the 1954 would not make a good parts car from the 1951.
