Parts book has the seal for 12" brakes as 329536. Here is a cross from a seal xref chart someone put together years ago.
329536: Victor 47159, C/R 7145, National 975.
You might search the
SKF interchange database to see if the old seal numbers cross to modern numbers. If there is a modern seal pay particular attention to the thickness or depth measurement as the Packard seals were fairly thin. The modern SKF cross given for the 47 Custom seal was too thick and stuck out of the hub recess too far.
At one time the seal xref was on the a Stude club resource website but the original link does not seem to work.
