Pretty much any Ford instrument voltage regulator from the 50s-60s will work.

Here is one: Napa ECH IR1

But Autozone has a Duralast one that looks the same that is much cheaper.

But they both use push on terminals vs the screw terminals of the original ones.

But that being said, I would imagine that either Gerry and Packards Southwest or Mike Dulinski probably have coffee cans full of good original ones at inexpensive prices.
