I haven't disassembled the torque converter, but the reactor shaft seems to turn freely, without any play, when it's together. I probably need to pull it apart to really know.

BUT I'm not sure that I should even start pulling this transmission apart. I'm thinking I should pull the transmission out of my car and look at it as it may be the better one to rebuild.

BTW, my parts car has a trailer hitch on it. Not sure what, or how much towing it did, but more than my car did which doesn't have a trailer hitch.
