Scottie, having been a auto parts guy for 9 years, I have heard quite a few comebacks from customers when we didn't have the part they needed. My favorite one to this day is "This'd be a good place to build a parts store."

The next time they don't have what you're looking for tell 'em that, pisses 'em off every time, trust me.
