Hi Michael

Interesting to see the old 'Transvaal' province number plate still on your car! Something from the old South Africa!

It will be much cheaper to make your own rubber strip and as it is out of sight it will be easy.

I wonder, you still have your 'spat plates-British' or 'fender skirts-American' on the car? Is there also a rubber strip between that and the body? I need to refit mine and there is nothing left there.
