Flea market purchase at Rhinebeck, NY. The guy had literally thousands in a shoe box, I just bought a fistful, think it was $5. I've also seen them by the thousands at Hershey - don't pass up good flea markets!

Places like Brillman or Restoration Supply might also have them though I don't recall seeing them listed last time I looked. Kind of a specialized item, I'm not surprised that NAPA or similar didn't have them. If you have any truly OLD TIME auto electric shops in your area, you might try them. Also perhaps contacting one of the shops that rebuild distributors. But if you have time, after I get back from the National at Gettysburg I'm sure I can find one for you.
