All I know is that my parents bought a 53 Clipper 4 dr. new and it did not have the "Packard Clipper" script on the side. I also know that I have owned two Packard Clipper Deluxes 4 drs(one which I currently own) and they both had the "Packard Clipper" script on the side along with a chrome piece containing the Packard coat of arms. See attached photo.
