Owen,,the hassock foot rest you are showing,isn't that the kind that were in the 48,49, and 50 Packards'?? HA, HA, I found out the info,,,on page 548 of the book "PACKARD A HISTORY OF THE CAR AND THE COMPANY" it states and I qoute,"standard equipment,included Ultramatic, cloisonne wheel cover medallions,individual hassocks for rear seat passengers,etc;".

so anyone that has the welded angle sheet metal must of had at one time the floor hassocks,, wow,,feel better now that I found this out,,thanks for all of the responses and I guess we all learned a little today,

I will have to email the seller of the 51 and see what his response will be,,, now about those 400 badges??
