Gary, you're making this overly complicated. The original formulas are of questionable value anyway as the same tinting pigments may no longer be available. You take the NAME of the paint, and it's original DuPont or other maker's # for it to your paint supplier. Any paint supplier willing to make the effort should be able to have it's paint maker mix to match.

PS - but first you've got to decide what kind of paint you want, acrylic lacquer, acrylic enamel, single-stage urethane (for non-metallics), base coat/clear coat, etc. For example, Galahad green was Duco (DuPont) 1522-H. Sikkens or any other paint manufacturer should be able to match as a matter of simple routine from that information.
