Trying to understand the reason you need this information. Are you asking about the fuel side or vacuum side of the house. Most fuel pumps are rated in PSI pressure they produce on the fuel side, not the vacuum they draw.

If you have a pump, you could attach a vacuum gauge to it, and that would give you your answer.
