Ultramatic Test Gauge fittings

So I picked up this Ultramatic test gauge set last year on ebay, but it is missing all the various fittings and adapters for connecting to the test ports on the ultramatic. Does anyone know, or have a list of the various pieces I need? I want to go pick them up before I crawl back under the car again. I believe the pieces are elbows and reduces. Just need to know the difference sizes and types (compression, pipe, etc). Thanks!
